YUM. Best fish and chips I had in England. What really made it was the hot curry sauce. You definitely need to eat that.
The service was also very good and the location is right in the center of town.

A local coffee shop owner told us that people from London don't know how to make good fish & chips that Manchester is truly the best place so we went to Wrights as recommended. It did not disappoint. A small location with no tables just some bar seating. It was absolutely the best fish & chips I have ever had in my life. Can not recommend this place enough.

Amazing flaky cod on a bed of chips with mushy peas on the side for under 5 pounds! There was a small line but the wait was short. The staff was very friendly. I had some malt vinegar with mine and it was perfect! I'll be back!

Spent our last day in Manchester shopping and finished up with lunch downtown. Had to do traditional fish and chips! We went to Wrights and they hit it out of the park! Nice, big, piece of cod and plenty of chips. I couldn't imagine it being done better anywhere else! Best way to close out our last day in England.
